At QSI Chisinau, our elementary is a place where curiosity is nurtured, learning is joyful, and every child is known and valued. We believe that students thrive in environments where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. Our dedicated and caring teachers create classrooms that are warm, inclusive, and filled with meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

Our academic program is rooted in Mastery Learning, ensuring that each student fully understands a concept before moving on. This approach allows students to build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills while progressing at a pace appropriate to their individual learning needs. We combine this with a rigorous and challenging curriculum designed to foster critical thinking, respectful questioning, collaboration, and independent endeavor.

At the heart of our school culture are QSI’s Success Orientations—a set of core values that include responsibility, kindness, trustworthiness, and group interaction. These values are woven into daily life at school and guide how students grow both academically and socially.

Learning at QSI Chisinau is hands-on and inquiry-driven, while working to build foundational skills like phonics, phonemic awareness, handwriting, and more. Our teachers are not only skilled in their subject areas but also passionate about designing learning opportunities that spark curiosity and promote higher-level thinking. Through a balance of individual and group activities, students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, explore new ideas, and work collaboratively with peers.

We also prioritize our students’ social and emotional well-being. Our school counselor plays a vital role in supporting children’s development by teaching social-emotional learning lessons in the classroom and offering one-on-one support for challenges such as self-esteem, peer relationships, emotional regulation, and more.
