Success Orientations

At QSI, we embrace seven core Success Orientations that reflect the heart of our community. These values shape who we are and guide how we grow—both individually and together. By fostering these traits, we help students build strong relationships, work collaboratively to create positive change, and develop a sense of personal responsibility and purpose.

At QSI Chisinau, we are committed to helping students build strong, meaningful relationships grounded in our core values. We also believe that adults play a vital role in this process by modeling these traits—after all, children learn as much from what we do as from what we say. It’s essential that our students consistently see these positive values demonstrated by everyone in our school community.

To reinforce the importance of these values, all students aged 5 and older receive a Success Orientations grade each quintile. These grades reflect how consistently a student demonstrates the values in daily life:

  • E (Exemplary) – The student consistently exemplifies the Success Orientation(s).

  • S (Satisfactory) – The student demonstrates the Success Orientations appropriately.

  • N (Not Yet) – The student is still developing the ability to demonstrate the Success Orientations consistently.

(*A student will not receive an "N" on their status report without prior communication from the teacher and school administration.)
