ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ACTIVITIES (ESA)

At QSI Chisinau, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Our Elementary School Activities offer students in the 5YO through 10YO classes the opportunity to explore interests, develop new skills, and engage with the community in meaningful ways. These activities are built directly into the school schedule so that every child has access to enriching experiences each day.

Elementary School Activities play an important role in supporting the growth of the whole child. They foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence while encouraging students to try new experiences in a supportive environment. Students learn to collaborate, solve problems, and practice responsibility as they participate in activities that align with their interests and stretch their abilities.

Our ESAs are facilitated both by QSI Chisinau staff and by talented partners from the local community. This combination ensures rich variety and authentic experiences for students. Over the years we have offered activities such as baking, cooking, coding, paper airplane club, Becoming a Viking, yoga, and sewing, including service oriented projects like making hats for individuals who are unhoused. The range continues to grow as student interests and community partnerships develop.

The year is divided into three ESA sessions. This structure gives students the chance to participate in a wide selection of activities over time. Each student engages in one ESA each day, providing consistent opportunities for hands on learning and personal development.

Our Elementary School Activities reflect our commitment to nurturing well rounded learners who are curious, capable, and engaged in the world around them. We remain grateful for the creativity of our staff, the support of our community partners, and the enthusiasm of our students who make this program a vibrant part of school life.
